Subscription and scope
The Order Form establishes the package, authorized users, systems, capacity, fees and term; conflicting Order Form provisions prevail. Access is personal and non-transferable. Fees are generally non-refundable; taxes are additional.
Customer responsibilities
Clients provide permissions and continuous system access, protect credentials, supply lawful data and implement required remediation. CYREBRO retains platform intellectual property. Confidentiality obligations include limited-access safeguards and specified exceptions.
Service commitments and limits
Services are best-efforts, as-is and subject to the SLA. Security outcomes are not guaranteed. Trial liability is capped at $100. Other liability provisions exclude indirect losses and generally cap damages at net fees paid during the preceding 12 months, with a confidentiality exception.
Data and termination
Service data supports detection and analysis; aggregated, anonymized data may improve services. Breach and insolvency can trigger termination. Retention and certain obligations continue after expiry.
Administration
Changes require advance notice. The terms address assignment, force majeure and independent-contractor status. New York law and courts apply to US client addresses; Israeli law and Tel Aviv courts apply elsewhere. Administrative notices use support@cyrebro.io or the ticketing system.

Technical evaluation, licensing, capacity, retention, optional features, support and response responsibilities are agreed for the deployment. Information on this site supports evaluation and does not replace those agreements.
