CYREBRO’S OWN OPERATING EXPERIENCE

The SOC that built its way beyond a staffing ceiling.

CYREBRO developed the Agentic SOC OS to change the capacity and cost structure of its own managed security operation.

Figures reported in CYREBRO’s October 2026 partner overview and solution summary. Approximately 110× is derived from (700 ÷ 8) ÷ (40 ÷ 50). This is CYREBRO’s internal operating experience, rather than a guaranteed partner result.

The constraint

The legacy model tied investigation capacity to analyst staffing. Each additional customer and source mix required more human effort across triage, evidence gathering, correlation and reporting. CYREBRO built the operating system to address that constraint within its own SOC.

The change in the operation

The SOC OS coordinates ingestion, detection, triage, investigation and case documentation. Agents and workflows carry the routine work through a documented verdict, with human judgment engaged for clarification, escalation and consequential response decisions.

The reported ratios reflect 17.5× more customers and 84% fewer analysts. The materials also report a 98.3% reduction in human SOC activity across the workflow. Those figures describe the company’s transformation and should be evaluated against each partner’s intended service model.

The platform built from that experience

CYREBRO now offers that operating foundation to providers building and scaling managed security services. Partners retain the customer relationship, brand and commercial model, while deciding how their team and optional CYREBRO human SOC support cover the human part of delivery.
